01 / Beautification
GREENING THE DISTRICT.
The BID’s planter program spans the district with large self-watering planters featuring seasonal plants and flowers.
The current site says planters are maintained by a contracted landscaping company and cleaned by the BID Clean Team.
02 / Sanitation
CLEANER STREETS, EVERY DAY.
The BID provides supplemental sanitation along East Gun Hill Road and Jerome Avenue seven days a week.
The Clean Team clears litter, empties trash receptacles, supports winter snow clearing and the BID provides graffiti removal services within the district.
03 / Small Business Support
PRACTICAL HELP FOR LOCAL MERCHANTS.
The BID offers free small-business support resources, including marketing and advertising support and connections to other programs.

The BID hosts free events for small business owners and community members and has historically organized signature events such as the Fall Festival and holiday tree lighting.
